The old system was upgraded and renovated from December 1 to December 28 in 2022, including the appearance of the car, system circuits, communication methods, station PLC communication, programs, switches, and wind proofs. After system upgrade, it is more stable and efficient.

From the recent number of departures in May, excluding the Spring Festival holiday in February, the average number of departures in the other four months reached 14000, with a total task volume of 14994 and a daily average of 483.
Faced with such a dense departure frequency during peak hours, MCBS can still achieve an average single task time of only 6 minutes.
We selected the departure records for May as the reference data, with the top five stations with the highest number of departures are inpatient pharmacies (47.2%), laboratory (18.8%, receiving), PIVAS (17.7%), disinfection supply rooms (6.5%), and outpatient pharmacies (5.8%), These departments accounting for 96% of the month's departures. The actual departure days are 31 days, and the average weekly departure volume is 3278.
The proportion of logistics systems used in hospital during peak hours accounts for 70% of all day's material transportation, which poses a challenge to the loading capacity of the system during peak hours.
